At Diego’s Damn Delicious Coffee, we want every bag you brew to hit the soul just right. If something’s off, we’ll make it right — no stress, no attitude.


Returns (30‑Day Window)

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery as long as:

  • Coffee bags are unopened

  • Merchandise is unused

  • Everything is in its original packaging

We can’t take back opened coffee (we can’t resell it), digital items, or gift cards.


If We Messed Up

Wrong item? Damaged? Not what you expected? We’ll cover the return shipping and fix it fast.


If You Changed Your Mind

No problem — you can still return it. You’ll just cover the return shipping.


How to Start a Return

Shoot us an email: sipswithsoul@3dscoffee.com Send your order number + what happened. We’ll reply with next steps.


Refund Timing

Once your return hits our fulfillment partner in Oregon and passes inspection, refunds take 3–7 business days.


Exchanges

Need a different size? Want a different roast (unopened)? We’ll swap it out.


Damaged Delivery

If your package arrives looking like it went through a tornado, send us photos within 7 days and we’ll replace it.


We Keep It Transparent

Our coffee is roasted and shipped by our fulfillment partner. All returns go through our support team so we can track everything properly.
