• Flat rate: $5.95 apparel / $6.95 coffee
International Shipping:
• Select countries only
• Delivery: 7–21 business days
• Rates calculated at checkout
• Customs fees may apply
Packaging:
• Coffee: Valve-sealed for freshness
• Apparel: Eco-friendly mailers
• Mixed orders may ship separately
Shipping Issues:
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged, email us at sipswithsoul@3dscoffee.com within 7 days. We’ll make it right.
🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Coffee Products:
• No returns on opened coffee
• If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days
• Refunds or replacements—no need to return the product
Apparel & Accessories:
• Returns accepted within 30 days
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label
• Full refund issued once received
Exchanges:
• Need a different size or color? We’ve got you
• Contact us and we’ll send a prepaid label
• Exchanges processed within 5 business days
Refund Timeline:
• Refunds issued within 5–7 business days
• Confirmation email sent once complete
